FENTON AUTUMN LEAF ON BURMESE PITCHER The Autumn Leaf on Burmese Line was created in 1970 by Fenton. Also known as "Maple Leaf" this is the only design to have been applied with a decal that was fired on to make it adhere permanently. The decal design was originally used by a China Co. in the 1940s. This Autumn Leaf Pitcher was added to the line in 1970 under ware 7461 BD and continued through 1972, which was the end of the Autumn Leaf line. Measuring 4 ¼" at the tallest point this piece is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and no discoloration with the Fenton name in the mold of the bottom. This is considered to be one of the difficult items to find in this design! It will make a wonderful addition to your Fenton collection.
