What a magnificent combination of colors on this French Opalescent Rib Optic Perfume CV100 AZ with a Spruce Green Crest & Heart Stopper made by Fenton for QVC in 1995. No other glass company combines the talents of the chemists, craftsmen and artists like Fenton does and this piece is the perfect example! The chemists creates the magnificent colors, then the glass artisans use a series of blowing, cooling and reheating steps to create the French Opalescent Rib Optic design on this piece. As well as the Crisp bands of fresh Spruce Green Crest that they add. Finally the talented painters add their handpainted design to complete a true work of art!
This Azalea Perfume Bottle measures approximately 5 1/2" tall with a Spruce Green crest & heart shaped stopper. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or discoloration and the pattern is intact. The talented artist who painted it signed it on the bottom. There is also an older Fenton sticker, which blocks me from seeing the logo. I don't want to remove it just to say if pressed or painted. This beautiful piece would be a great addition to any collection!
