This magnificent Blue Opalescent Vase is in the Coin Dot design and was produced by Fenton Glass from 1947–52. Being ware #189 this vase stands approximately 10" tall and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is a straw line that travels diagonally half way around the vase, I want to stress it is not cracked. I have seen similar lines appear in items in the book & feel it is truly part of the production of these pieces. I have several that show the same line. This does not take away from the piece and is mentioned for complete accuracy. This will be a wonderful addition to your Fenton collection! |
